Khloe: "Come on, Ellen".

When asked if marriage was n the cards any time soon, Khloe replied: "But I'm not in a rush for any of that".

"Kylie wants to disappear and be out of the spotlight and focus on her health and happiness", a source told PEOPLE.

But, if (and this is still a really big if) Kylie is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend, Travis Scott, Khloe is not here to spill the beans. "I don't know what you're talking about". "I'm not pregnant". She eventually ran a pregnancy test while Tristan was out of the country and found out she was pregnant. "She isn't going to publicly address her pregnancy until she gives birth".

'If it's a boy I'll go with Junior - Tristan Jr.,' she explains.

"[He's] such a good dad", she said. "Whoever will annoy me the least". It's actually all caught on Keeping Up which I'm excited about. "Watch out OH", she joked.

But, Khloe wasn't buying what she was selling, as you can see by the way the rest of the conversation played out. They've watched her long to become a mom for years now and she's finally got her wish!

Asked if she'd experienced any sickness yet, Khloe admits that it's so much harder at the beginning when it's not totally obvious that you're expecting.
