The royal family's thrilled with Prince Harry's engagement to American actress Meghan Markle.

Harry and Markle kept their relationship fairly secret until the prince proved his loyalty by blasting the hateful comments being directed towards his new love.

The two were rumored to be planning a "non-traditional wedding" - unlike the lavishly royal wedding where Prince William and Kate Middleton tied the knot.
