Mueller testified that he did not grope Swift and said his career in radio had been ruined by what he said was a false accusation.

Called by the attorney of Colorado, Swift was asked to go into great depth about the encounter with DJ David Mueller, who is suing Swift for defamation after he was sacked from his radio station after the star alleged Mueller grabbed her "bare ass" at a meet-and-greet when she was 23.

"Mueller testified Tuesday that he may have touched the pop superstar's ribs with a closed hand as he tried to jump into a photo with her but insisted he did not touch her backside as she claims".

"I don't have any feelings about a person I don't know", she said. "I heard it from my daughter's mouth", Swift told the jury. Her lawsuit makes the case that her active participation in the trial will "serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts".

"After this happened, it was like a light switched off in my personality", Swift said.

"'Mom, a guy just grabbed my (rear end) in the meet-and-greet, '" Andrea Swift said her daughter told her.

"He saw your client lift my skirt, that's when your clients hand went out of his view because it was grabbed onto my a** cheek", Swift said.

"This is a photo of him with his hand up my skirt with his hand on my a**", she said.

When Mueller's attorney suggested Swift could have taken a break from the meet-and-greet if she had been so traumatized, Swift reportedly shot back, "And your client could have taken a normal photo with me", adding that she didn't want to ruin her fans' experience. But when shown the photo in question, Call said, Mueller responded: "Well, if it did happen, it was accidental".

Swift countersued for battery and assault.

Mueller denied the charge, but admitted he did not know where his hand was because he was looking at the photographer.

Mueller claims his knuckles may have touched her ribs, well above where his arm is shown. I didn't want to hurt Ms.

Swift's assistants testified in depositions that as soon as the photo session ended, the singer told everyone in the room about the incident.

The singer, who was 23 at the time, did not file a police report because she did not want the incident made public, her attorney Doug Baldridge said.

Taylor Swift says a security guard working for her witnessed her being groped by a former radio host ahead of her 2013 concert in Denver.

Her staff reported the incident to radio station Kygo, which fired Mueller two days later. Swift was forced to take legal action against Mueller for a couple of reasons: First of all, he filed suit against her for costing him his job and/or damaging his reputation. The gossip news site TMZ posted it regardless late previous year.
